Lease Negotiations
& Freehold Sales
Once a renewable scheme is operational, it does not mean there is no further
financial opportunities to receive other than the rental payments. The idea of
a freehold sale will not suit all landowners, however it can be a great way to
release capital. We hold a detailed list of interested parties and would be
happy to assist anyone thinking of disposing of an operational asset or one with
a viable planning consent.
In addition, the terms of an active lease are always open to review and
modification, typically subject to financial payments to the landowners. We
have negotiated a good number of such lease variations, so if you have received
