The RPA have recently announced that they will introduce temporary adjustments and easements within the Sustainable Farming Incentive, Countryside Stewardship and Environmental Stewardship Schemes to support farmers dealing with the impacts of severe weather in England.
Adjustments will automatically apply and cover the period from 1st October 2023 to 31st July 2024, if the bad weather has affected your ability to meet the mandatory option requirements in your agreements. The adjustments allow more time to establish or defer activities until later in the year.
