Holdover
Depending on the date of completion, there are holdover rights that may be required in order to harvest the Winter Wheat crop.
Overage
Lot 2 will be subject to an overage equating to 20% of any uplift in value for a 25 year period from the date of completion. This uplift will be payable by the buyer to the vendors on the implementation of planning permission for any residential development on the land.
