Libby Hutchinson, Partner

Libby is originally from a farming background in North Essex and graduated from The Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester in 2014 with a degree in Rural Land Management. After joining WebbPaton, she qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2016. She became a partner of WebbPaton LLP in 2023. Libby now works on a range of matters including planning and diversification, property sales, valuations, environmental schemes and landlord and tenant matters.

In her spare time, Libby enjoys shooting and travelling and is owner of the office labrador, Digby.
