A one-stop shop for landowners

WebbPaton can provide a one stop shop for landowners who own farmyards or land around a village which could become dwellings.

WebbPaton provide advice on the chances of obtaining planning permission, we will assist you in applying for planning permission and then we can market your residential development site on the open market.

In recent years WebbPaton clients have been successful in obtaining planning permission for anything from 1 to 2,380 dwellings.  WebbPaton keep an up to date list of developers and private individuals looking for such village development.  Such property can be sold either by private treaty or by tender.   Or alternatively if the landowner is unable to fund the promotional costs the land can be entered into an Option or Promotional Agreement with a builder or investor.

WebbPaton keep up to date with both the National and Local Planning Policies affecting Swindon Borough Council, Vale of White Horse District Council, Cotswold District Council, Stroud District Council, Wiltshire Council, Buckinghamshire Council, Milton Keynes Borough Council, South Gloucestershire District Council, West Berkshire District Council, Bath and North East Somerset District Council, Cherwell District Council, Wiltshire Council and Cherwell Council.
