WebbPaton start marketing your site on day one with making SHELAA and the Local Plan representations to the Local Planning Authority. We prepare Vision Documents to advertise the site to the local planners, so Developers and Promoters are happy to invest in the vision that the land maybe developed one day.

From the initial conception that land is suitable for residential development, to finding money to fund a planning application, with planning funding coming from the landowner, or a Promoter under a Promotional Agreement or a House Builder under an Option or with a local builder under a conditional contract.
